Planning files dating back to approximately the year 2005 are available to view on Cork City Council’s website.
For older files or if you are having difficulty searching online, we can carry out a search for you at a cost of €20 by completing the below online form.
If you have more than one planning search you must complete a new form for each search.
Please have your debit or credit card ready for payment.
You will need an address of the site / property and preferably an Eircode if there is one.
Please also upload a location map marking where the site / property is.
The results of the search will be emailed to you. This takes approximately two weeks.
If after you receive your results, you wish to view the physical file from archives you can order it at a cost of €30 by emailing
planning@corkcity.ie or phoning 021-4924000.
